We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on our Online Learning Shop can be refunded within 7 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Our 7-days Refund Policy

While our 7-day refund policy is to allow learners to learn risk-free, we must also protect our company from fraud and provide us with a reasonable payment schedule.

 

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A notable amount of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a learner before the refund was requested.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a learner for the same course.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a learner.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms.
  • A refund has already been granted by a third party, such as one of  Collab Services Pte Ltd’s third-party payment processors.
